
Charming ancestral home on two floors located in the heritage sector in the heart of Lac-Mégantic, near the lake, the most beautiful urban park in the region, with the mountains as a backdrop.
This house is a welcoming and unique space, a warm and inviting gathering place with large, bright rooms perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It's fully equipped, and we even provide coffee to get you started! Within walking distance of all amenities, you can enjoy urban life in a natural setting. The backyard, veranda, and decks allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time.
The town of Lac-Mégantic is located within an International Dark Sky Reserve, near two national parks: Mont-Mégantic and Frontenac. The region is also renowned for its lakes, rivers, and mountains. The Route des Sommets (Summit Route) winds its way through the area, leading visitors from one peak to another. Enjoy the mountain scenery and the many activities available: alpine hiking, trail running, ski touring, or snowshoeing.
Summer or winter, Lake Mégantic offers an exceptional playground. Within a short walk, you can enjoy access to the water for swimming and launching your watercraft; kayak, SUP, canoe and more. For wind sports enthusiasts, conditions are generally favorable for wing foiling and windsurfing on the lake. Once frozen over, the lake also offers a great playground for snow kiting or snow winging.
For cycling enthusiasts, the bike path passes right in front of the apartment. You'll have access to a tool kit for minor repairs and a pump for inflating your tires. We are accredited by Bienvenue cycliste (Welcome Cyclist).
