Frequently asked questions



What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is self-service from 4 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know.

A fee of $40 before taxes applies for late arrivals and departures. An early arrival allows you to access the accommodation from 2:30 p.m. A late departure allows you to stay in the accommodation until 12:30 p.m




Is there everything you need for remote working?

Yes, each accommodation offers free high-speed Wi-Fi access. Most have a furnished workspace, ideal for remote working. You can also set up outside on one of our terraces to work while enjoying the fresh air.


Is it possible to reserve all accommodations for a group or event?

It is entirely possible to create a customized reservation to meet your needs. Contact us!


Are there televisions in our accommodation?

There are no televisions in our accommodation—we focus on true relaxation. We invite you to slow down, play games, read, or simply enjoy the moment. Board games, puzzles, and books are available, as well as Bluetooth speakers to accompany your moments with music.



Is our accommodation suitable for families with children?

Families with children are welcome! Upon request, we can provide a high chair, stair gate, and extra mattresses. Please note that extra bedding for extra beds is provided at a cost of $25/set plus tax.


Does our accommodation offer facilities for people with reduced mobility?

We do not currently have access ramps or an elevator, but we are working on improving this situation in the future.


Are there any shared spaces with other guests?

The Boulevard, Central, and Loft apartments are part of the same triplex building. Each is completely private and has its own separate entrance. Only the outdoor spaces—the galleries and courtyard—are shared between tenants. 

The Chez Léo house is completely private.


Do you accept pets?

We accept pets for a fee of $40 plus tax. This fee covers the cost of extra cleaning between rentals to prevent allergens from bothering future guests.


Do you have parking with access to a charging station?

Chez Léo has an electric vehicle charging station, accessible free of charge from the parking lot.

For the Boulevard, Central, and Loft apartments, a shared charging station is also available. As there is only one station for the three units, we give priority to electric vehicles to park nearby. Please let us know if you would like to use it.


Is coffee provided in the accommodation?


We offer you coffee to start your stay! It comes from a local micro-roaster called Ditchfield. You will find espresso, one of their house blends, and a single-origin coffee for filter coffee. Both types of coffee are chosen according to their green bean arrival.

If you would like a larger quantity, 300g bags are available on request for a fee (market price).




What type of coffee machine is provided in the accommodation?

Each accommodation has a manual espresso machine and everything you need to use it. Instructions for use will be sent to you with the house guide when you make your reservation, and you will also find printed instructions on site. The coffee provided is ground according to the characteristics of the machine. If you wish to bring your own espresso coffee, we recommend a very fine grind (1.5).

You will also have access to a Bodum French press coffee maker. Instructions for use will be sent to you with the house guide when you make your reservation, and you will also find printed instructions on site. The coffee provided is ground according to the specifications of a Bodum French press coffee maker. If you wish to bring your own coffee, we recommend a coarse grind (9).


What are the cancellation policies and payment schedule?

Payment schedule 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of prepaid amounts are refundable if canceled 14 days or more before arrival. 50% of prepaid amounts are refundable if canceled 7 days or more before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after that.
